General terms and conditions of business LIGHT REALMS

Application
With the supporting member application or any other contract with "LightRealms, Academy for Consciousness and Wealth" in short "LightRealms" are automatically accepted our terms and conditions. They apply to all supporting members and to all agreements with "LightRealms“, unless the terms and conditions explicitly state otherwise.

Membership/supporting membership requires an application, which can be submitted either verbally or in writing. The Executive Board decides on admission. Applications may be rejected without giving reasons.

If "LightRealms“ promotes products or services via a partner program, e.g. as an affiliate, the general terms and conditions of the respective partner apply.

Rights and obligations
Members/supporting members are entitled to participate in (research) projects and events of the association and to use the association's premises. Members/supporting members are obligated to promote the interests of the association, protect the reputation and purpose of the association, and pay membership fees on time. A transfer of the rights arising from supporting membership from "LightRealms“ to third parties does not exist.

“LichtReiche” also assumes no liability for accidents and/or damages that may occur to members or non-members during an event organized by “LichtReiche”.

The association lives and fulfills idealistic, charitable, social, humane, benevolent, natural, and honest purposes. "LichtReiche" pursues no political or religious intentions and, in this context, points out that it does not belong to any religious, ideological, or political group. However, if a supporting member is personally active or passively involved in this sense, they must ensure that their activities in this regard are not and cannot be associated with their membership or with "LichtReiche." Furthermore, they must avoid any activity that could harm or discredit "LichtReiche" in this context or in other areas. "LichtReiche" can terminate membership at any time if the above points are not observed, even if there is suspicion.

payment
If a supporting member is in arrears with one or more payments, they will lose their privileges as a supporting member for the duration of the arrears. Membership fees must continue to be paid regularly until the end of the term, even if the supporting member does not use or is unable to use the services.

Service offerings, courses, seminars, training, etc. can be purchased directly through our website. The general terms and conditions of "LichtReiche" apply, or, if purchased through a payment and billing provider such as Digistore24 or others, the general terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.

If the customer/contractual partner defaults on the payment of an installment, “LichtReiche” is entitled to terminate the agreed installment payment and to make the entire remaining remuneration immediately due.

If the customer/contractual partner has purchased a subscription and defaults on payment, "LichtReiche" is entitled to terminate the underlying contract with immediate effect. In this case, the customer/contractual partner owes compensation in the amount of "LichtReiche's" lost profit less saved expenses, taking into account any early repayment. The resulting damages amount to 80% of the agreed remuneration from the time of termination until the end of the agreed subscription. The customer/contractual partner remains free to prove that we have incurred no or lesser damages.

Other claims arising from default remain unaffected.

Length of time
Membership/supporting membership expires upon resignation, expiration, expulsion, or non-retirement. Membership is for one year and can be renewed upon request for additional years if not terminated with three months' notice prior to the end of the membership year. Termination must be submitted in writing to a member of the Executive Board. A temporary membership/supporting membership automatically ends upon expiration if not renewed.

Compensation for unused services is not possible. In the event of termination, "LichtReiche" will not refund any fees, credits, commissions, sponsored projects, etc. paid in advance. This also applies to advance payments for events, courses, seminars, consultations, etc. for non-supporting members.

Products
Products can be requested via purchase inquiries. "LichtReiche" will respond in writing, thereby accepting or rejecting the purchase inquiry submitted by the buyer. Sales prices include applicable VAT. The goods remain the property of "LichtReiche" until full payment is received. In the event of defects, "LichtReiche" must be notified immediately so that it can repair or replace the goods.

arbitration
The association's internal arbitration tribunal is responsible for resolving all disputes arising from the association's relationship. It is a "conciliation body" within the meaning of the Association Act 2002 and not an arbitration tribunal under Sections 577 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO). It is constituted in such a way that each party nominates two members to the Executive Committee as arbitrators within seven days. These members elect a chairperson for the arbitration tribunal by a relative majority. In the event of a tie, the decision is decided by drawing lots. The arbitration tribunal's orders are valid and require a simple majority. The arbitration tribunal makes its decision by a simple majority after both parties have been heard and in the presence of all its members. It always makes its decisions to the best of its knowledge and belief. Its instructions are clearly valid within the association.

Austrian law applies exclusively. The place of performance is Vienna. Even for merchants and legal entities under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna. This also applies to non-merchants in the case of cross-border contracts. "LichtReiche" reserves the right to appeal to any other internationally competent court.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation period begins on the day the contract is accepted, e.g. by payment or registration.

The cancellation period is waived,
if the contractual partner wishes that the LichtReiche service (supporting members, online course, online training, online support, digital service...) begins or is provided immediately and before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period.

Otherwise, the contract can be revoked in writing within 14 days without giving reasons. This period begins on the day of acceptance of the contract, e.g., by payment or registration. Send the revocation in good time to

Anyone who has become a member or supporting member of LICHTREICHE and has notified "LichtReiche" of this verbally or in writing has a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of registration, in accordance with Section 312d of the German Civil Code (BGB). Within this period, registration can be withdrawn in writing (by letter or email) without giving any reason.
